- You respond to event notifications from alarm and security systems
- You operate fire alarm and intrusion detection systems at customers and conduct personal checks
- You provide first aid in personal emergencies or, if necessary, offer medical emergency services
- You support the Securitas employees on duty
- You process customer orders productively and take on various administrative tasks
- You are jointly responsible for technical maintenance (material handling / vehicles / radio etc.)

- You are reliable, very flexible and have strong social skills
- You like to take responsibility and are used to working independently
- You keep a cool head even in hectic moments
- You enjoy working shifts and at weekends (mainly late and night shifts)
- You have a driving licence category B (own car advantageous)
- You have an impeccable reputation
- You have very good IT skills
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills
- You have a confident appearance, are strong in communication and master challenging situations with composure
