About the job

• You are responsible for the entire payroll administration for an assigned area
• You are the contact person for questions regarding payroll accounting and social insurances for employees
• You support the administrative activities of the decentralised HR managers in all personnel processes
• Recording and maintaining payroll and personnel master data in the SAP HR module are part of your daily tasks
• You perform various tasks related to time management
• You are responsible for clarifications in the area of social insurances and withholding tax

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Additional training in payroll or personnel administration is desirable
• You bring practical experience in the listed areas of responsibility
• Good IT user skills, especially in modern, future-oriented HR tools and SAP, are an advantage
• You are characterised by an independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working, digital competence and a good sense of numbers
• You handle routine tasks professionally and approach demanding tasks with motivation
• You are open to change and willing to help shape the transformation and digitalisation within HR
• You are a communicative, collegial and committed personality
• Resilience and a high service orientation complete your profile
