Do you hold a Federal Certificate as a Detention Officer, ideally complemented by a FSEA 1 certificate as an adult trainer?

Do you have at least 5 years of experience in the detention/security field?

Are you proficient in French both spoken and written (level C1)?

Your missions

As Security Sector Manager, your main mission will be to supervise and train a group of beneficiaries in integration measures for the role of detention/security officer, through practical activities, theoretical input and simulation exercises, with the aim of promoting their re/integration into the labour market:

• Transmit the technical and theoretical basics related to the role of security/detention officer
• Set objectives, assess acquired skills and monitor the progress of each beneficiary against set goals
• Ensure coordination and supervision of field activities related to the security of the Cooperative’s sites: allocate tasks and adapt the organisation of activities according to internal needs, sector objectives and beneficiaries’ capacities, control the work performed, and guarantee compliance with procedures and security requirements
• Support beneficiaries in their activities to develop their professional and personal skills
• Prepare beneficiaries for the SPEN selection process tests, notably by providing support in French
• Manage the sector’s administration and ensure rigorous monitoring of attendance/absences
• Collaborate with HR advisors in supporting beneficiaries throughout the measure, and participate in follow-up interviews

Extended hours (7:00 am – 8:00 pm), Monday to Saturday, according to schedule
