For our housekeeping in Stein, we are looking for a
Group Leader Housekeeping 60% (m/f/d)
Your mission
- Perform and ensure housekeeping tasks (maintenance, intermediate cleaning, and basic cleaning in compliance with internal guidelines and work in the canteen and dishwashing kitchen)
- Inventory management housekeeping
- Pedagogical support and promotion of employees at the sheltered workplace
- Updating assessments and progress reports, time reports as well as conducting group meetings
- Adherence to quality standards
Your profile
- Housekeeping specialist EFZ or equivalent EFZ training
- Basic pedagogical training or willingness to learn it
- Flexible deployability and teamwork skills
- You enjoy working with people with support needs
- PC skills
