Service Technician Heat Pumps Region Bern City / Oberland (100%)

Are heat pumps your passion? Are you always looking for the optimal solution for our customers? Do you reside in the Bern City / Oberland region? We have the right position for you! You are responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our heat pumps. Well equipped with the latest tools, you tackle every challenge on site. Our service dispatch, which coordinates your assignments, has your back. In addition, you impress with your professional knowledge and advise our customers on site. Just like our heat pumps, you convince completely!

This is what you will do with us

• Your main tasks are the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our heat pumps
• You independently carry out repairs on site
• About every 2 months you provide on-call service in your region
• Creating reports is part of your routine activities
• You are responsible for order-dependent material procurement
• On site, you convey various service products to our customers

• You have a technical basic education (preferably as a heating installer, electrician, or refrigeration technician)
• Thanks to your category B driving license, you are mobile
• You live in the Bern City / Oberland region
• Regular on-call service assignments are no problem for you
• Quality work and satisfied customers have the highest priority for you
• You are absolutely reliable and work independently
• You remain flexible in every situation
