For the Haus Zur Heimat in the Zurich region, we are looking for a
Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII in Night Shift 60-100%
Your tasks
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing care philosophy
- Management of the nursing process including evaluation of nursing activities during the night
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Supporting our guests with personal hygiene and other daily living activities
- Regular rounds
- Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphones)
- Taking over and responsibility for assigned professional tasks during the night
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care, as well as in the field of dementia, is an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid for)
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
