We are looking for a committed, experienced, and assertive leader. In this responsible key position, you will manage our largest site «Hardwald» in Unterengstringen and coordinate the operational activities of all gravel and concrete plants. Together with your team, you will ensure smooth production and actively drive the further development of processes and facilities.
Your Tasks- Overall responsibility for an efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of our gravel and concrete plants
- Technical and disciplinary leadership, promotion, and further development of employees
- Production and personnel planning
- Optimization of process flows as well as planning, control, and implementation of maintenance and investment projects
- Close collaboration with the areas of production, sales, logistics, and technology
- Ensuring and implementing occupational safety and health protection guidelines (AS/GS)
- Creation of reports/statistics for management or your supervisor «Head of Operations»
- Completed studies (e.g., civil or mechanical engineering) or technical basic training with business management further education at HF/FH level (or comparable)
- Several years of experience in employee management as well as in the operation and maintenance of production facilities
- Experience in the implementation of construction and renovation projects in plant engineering
- Knowledge in gravel, concrete, or recycling production is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Self-organization skills, empathy, and stress resistance
- Proficient use of PC and MS Office applications as well as fluent German language skills are required
- A valid driving license category B is mandatory
