Your tasks

• Work on various sites for the property management service, within a varied and demanding real estate portfolio
• Carry out installation, repair, handling and finishing work, ensuring a neat result at every intervention
• Work independently or as part of a team, respecting safety instructions and deadlines.
• Be an ambassador of care, precision and quality client relations, which have characterised BAER SA for nearly 100 years

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a carpenter and/or cabinetmaker, with experience in a similar role
• Good geographical knowledge of the area of activity
• Autonomy, rigour and attention to detail: you take pride in a job well done
• Good organisation and ability to manage your priorities on site
• Comfortable working both alone and in a team, with good interpersonal skills
• Driving licence essential for travel to sites
