We are looking for a specialized administrative clerk to strengthen our client’s team in the Lupfig AG region and to share responsibility for all administrative processes.
Administrative Clerk FR/IT 100% (m/f/d)
As an administrative clerk, you will be actively involved in supporting the handling of all training and qualification programs. Your main tasks include:
- Complete management of master data changes, testing during system adjustments, and user support
- Support and care of partners, by phone and in writing in Italian or French
- Organization of administrative and training processes, from collecting feedback to invoicing
Qualification
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training as well as professional experience in administration
- Confident German skills, as well as French or Italian, English is an advantage
- Service-oriented
- High IT affinity and confident handling of MS 365, especially Excel
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
