About the job
Our very beautiful establishment, with a unique view, is located in Evilard. With the participation of our 70 collaborators, we contribute to the well-being of our 46 residents. Your area of activity
• You provide care and support tailored to the needs of the residents, ensuring good quality care.
• You accompany our apprentices in collaboration with the person responsible for training.
• You independently manage care documentation and the care process, leading case discussions.
• You bear part of the responsibility for BESA assessments (from December 2026 RAI LTCF)
• You assume responsibility for the day, set the right priorities in organising daily work and planning for the next day, and accompany medical visits
• Management of resident admissions and discharges
• Medication management (ordering, distribution, etc.)
• You will participate in working groups, help organise short internal training sessions, and be jointly responsible for implementing innovations
