WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Salesforce Consulting: Analysis of complex business processes, conducting customer workshops, and translating requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce Configuration: Independent configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Testing and Go-live: Professional support during testing, introduction, training, and go-live.
• Subproject Management: Independent management of subprojects or professional workstreams while adhering to time, quality, and agreed framework conditions.
• Pre-Sales: Support with demos, solution sketches, effort estimates, and proposals.
• Professional Coaching and Mentoring of junior and professional-level consultants.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Salesforce Know-how: At least 5 years of practical experience in Salesforce projects, ideally in a consulting role.
• Education & Qualification:You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
• Methodology:You have a feel for data models and understand how to translate complex business logic into technical processes and love solving problems, taking responsibility, and strategically developing customers.
• Certificates: You already hold Salesforce certifications.
• AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging AI potentials.
• Language Skills: With very good German and good English skills, you communicate confidently in both technical and professional contexts.
• Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you bring experience in the banking, insurance, or manufacturing sectors.
• Willingness to Travel: You are willing to travel for projects throughout Switzerland.
