Care Specialist EFZ (hourly basis)

Do you enjoy working with children and young people? Are you interested in earning some extra income? Then get in touch. For the 2026/2027 school year, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Care Specialist EFZ (hourly basis).

In our day structures and lunch tables in Olten, we offer children from kindergarten to 6th grade a loving and reliable place over lunchtime. For this, we are looking for you – a committed, warm-hearted and experienced care specialist who supports and helps shape our work.

Tasks

• You accompany children at the lunch table (Mon-Fri approx. 11.30 am–1.45 pm)
• You organise play, movement or creative activities
• You assist with small organisational or domestic tasks.

(including menu collection, meal distribution, supervision as well as possible support for kindergarten children with tooth brushing)

• You will become part of an open, supportive team – we are there for each other

Expectations

• A completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification (e.g. social work, social pedagogy, teaching diploma)
• Experience working with children in a day structure, daycare, after-school care or at the lunch table
• Enjoyment of being with children, openness, humour and team spirit
• Very good German skills, a sense of responsibility and a heart for community
