As part of the development of our activities in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a:

Field After-Sales Service Technician (M/F)

area: VD / VS ideal residence: Versoix / Lausanne start date: to be agreed

After internal training at our headquarters in Fulenbach, you will independently ensure the maintenance and monitoring of a fleet of vending machines (hot drinks, snacks, payment systems).

Your main responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and troubleshooting (electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic)
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Intervention on payment systems (cash / cashless / MDB)
• Installation, commissioning and removal of machines
• First-level interventions on refrigeration systems
• Autonomous management of routes and priorities
• Customer follow-up and representation of the company in the field

Your profile

Technical training (CFC or equivalent), with good knowledge of French (German = asset).

• Experience in field after-sales service (ideally vending or similar)
• Good basics in electricity, electronics, mechanics and hydraulics
• Autonomous diagnosis and adaptability
• Knowledge of payment systems = asset
• Multi-brand experience (FAS, Franke, Vendo, Jura…) = advantage
• Autonomous management of a fleet
• Rigor, sense of priorities
• Comfortable with Word, Outlook, Excel (simple reporting)
• Service-minded and excellent customer contact
• Professional and friendly attitude in the field
• Driving licence B essential

You enjoy fieldwork, customer contact and work independently, methodically and efficiently, even under pressure.
