About the job
Your Tasks
- In this responsible position, you significantly contribute to the holistic and educational support of adults with diverse impairments and challenging behaviour
- You actively participate in the conception and further development of innovative approaches, especially at the interfaces between psychiatry and disability support, to create sustainable participation opportunities
- Through independent case management, you make well-founded professional decisions and carefully document the key themes of the users
- You coordinate the daily group routine, work interdisciplinarily, and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
- You provide our users with targeted assistance according to their individual abilities and needs
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Social Pedagogy HF, or an equivalent qualification
- Sound expertise in working with people with challenging behaviour
- You adapt to new situations and maintain an overview even in difficult moments
- Interest in developing and implementing innovative concepts as well as in shaping projects in the field of disability support
- Strong resource orientation, resilience, teamwork skills, and an independent, solution-oriented working style
