To complete our team within our general agency of the Western Lausanne / Gros-de-Vaud area, which offers its insured clients high-level services in contract management and processing, we are looking for a 100% Customer Support Manager (m/f/x) to handle the daily tasks of an agency.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- You play a key role in customer satisfaction and in supporting advisors: you are the first point of contact, the trusted person.
- You support our agency advisors and brokers both in contract management and follow-up.
- You open claims for all branches as well as handle motor vehicle and property agency claims.
- You actively participate in customer service, whether by phone, at the counter, or in writing, to offer a smooth and professional experience to our insured clients.
- You contribute to the internal organization of the agency by bringing your versatility and sense of priorities.

- You enjoy solving concrete situations and are comfortable making decisions.
- Professional experience in a similar position of at least 3 to 5 years.
- AFA recognition is an asset.
- Native French speaker, good knowledge of German is an asset.
Additionally, you are autonomous, know how to manage priorities and stress, and have ease in contacts while enjoying teamwork. You are willing to travel to the Renens, Echallens, and Bussigny sites.
