In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless coordination across global, regional, and affiliate teams.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of patient access to critical therapies while working in a diverse, inclusive, and purpose-driven environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Core Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead and coordinate global NPI projects for Biosimilars and Complex Therapeutics, including Oncology.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary liaison across global, regional, and local teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.</p></li><li><p>Guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared success.</p></li><li><p>Oversee project planning and execution using global platforms (e.g., LEAP, ATOM, LEx).</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment with global governance and Launch Excellence standards.</p></li><li><p>Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance quality and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and consistent project data for planning and reporting.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Education:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Experience/Training Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proficient in English. Spanish is advantage. </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated expertise in<span> </span><b>New Product Introduction (NPI)</b><span> </span>processes, including planning, coordination, and execution of product launches from concept to commercialization.</p></li><li><p>Experience with roll out of global, regional, or affiliate processes and systems to support product launches.</p></li><li><p>Project management experience</p></li><li><p>Proficient in working with various systems, with a demonstrated ability to quickly become a power user of launch-related platforms and tools .</p></li><li><p>Experienced with product launch management is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Extensive cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams, including Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Project Management, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Market Access.</p></li><li><p>Initiative, drive and energy, pro-active.
