Your tasks
- Your target group is families with children aged 0-25 as well as adolescents and young adults up to 25 years old.
- You will learn to accompany and support our clients with all questions that arise during their development and gradually take on your own counselling mandates.
- During the training, you will give presentations, possibly lead courses, contribute to the professional development of the area, and network with the referring agencies.
Your profile
- You are studying Social Work part-time at HSLU or another school for Social Work.
- You are an empathetic and well-organised person who enjoys advising and supporting parents, caregivers, adolescents, and young adults.
- You have experience working with children, adolescents and/or parents.
- You are sociable and ready to face complex issues and a varied working day.
- You have a strong motivation for conducting conversations and want to develop sustainable solutions with those affected, even in conflict discussions.
- You can imagine enriching our team throughout your entire training period.
