IWF AG is a full-service agency based in Pratteln. We support companies and organizations in the areas of communications, digital marketing, multimedia, events, and digital solutions. To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced personality with an agency background and regional roots.
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the Communications – digital department
- Planning and controlling projects, tasks, and resources
- Conceptualization and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
- Leading and participating in projects related to social media, multimedia, video, livestreams, and events
- Acquisition of new customers as well as maintenance of existing customer relationships
- Further development of digital products and internal processes
- Sales of digital products related to social media, film productions, digital marketing campaigns, and digital events
- Building and maintaining a network in the Basel region
Your profile
- Basic training in the media sector (e.g., Mediamatiker/in EFZ or equivalent)
- Further education in marketing, communication, or digital marketing
- Several years of experience in digital marketing and project environments
- Leadership experience in an agency or agency-like structure
- Very good understanding of social media, multimedia, and event formats
- Agency experience and an existing network in the Basel region
- Independent, entrepreneurial, flexible, and hands-on
