- Together with the deputy branch manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK branch.
- You will lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the branch for sales and customers, according to our JYSK leadership values
- You will analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly
- You will implement store concepts and routines
- You will recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team
