WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

• Together with the deputy branch manager, you will be responsible for your JYSK branch.
• You will lead and coach your team to optimally prepare the branch for sales and customers, according to our JYSK leadership values
• You will analyze key figures, set goals, and motivate your team accordingly
• You will implement store concepts and routines
• You will recruit, onboard new colleagues, and further develop the existing team

• You have experience in leading and developing a team, ideally in retail or similar industries
