As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for an HVAC maintenance technician to ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of various technical installations. The position offers great autonomy in organizing interventions, in a climate of trust, within a supportive team where mutual aid and collaboration are part of daily life.
HVAC Maintenance Technician 100%
Mission:
- Perform maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and installation work in the fields of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Plan, organize, execute, and control work under contracts.
- Complete service orders and ensure follow-up for quick and understandable billing by the client.
- Guarantee quality work and smooth execution of interventions, respecting current standards and deadlines.
- Identify client needs and advise them.
- Ensure on-call service (between 5 and 6 times per year – but variable, do not include in the announcement).
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as mechanic-electrician or equivalent training.
- Good knowledge in HVAC and energy fields. OIBT 15 electrical training is an asset.
- Proven experience in a similar position and/or in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic (water), and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Basic computer skills (Office Suite).
- Native French speaker. Knowledge of German and/or English is an advantage.
- Autonomy, proactivity, good stress management skills, sense of responsibility and organization, as well as prioritization, strong team spirit.
