What you can achieve
Phase 1 (2026 until commissioning of the ELZ-Gotthard axis)
- Take on technical responsibility in the VISION 2025 project and at the ELZ-Gotthard axis, actively supporting the transformation process of the future service operations
- Lead projects and working groups in the operations centers of Zug and Schwyz, focusing on the joint ELZ-Gotthard axis
- Design the process and quality management and ensure successful implementation in the ELZ-Gotthard axis
- Be the contact person for the front departments of the involved police corps and ensure a uniform operational doctrine
- Represent the Central Swiss police concordat in inter-cantonal and national expert committees
Phase 2 (from commissioning of the ELZ-Gotthard axis)
- Take on leadership and personnel responsibility for the ELZ-Gotthard axis to ensure smooth operations
- Actively shape the operational, technical, and strategic further development of the ELZ-Gotthard axis and set innovative impulses
- Ensure compliance with all guidelines, processes, procedures, and legal requirements to guarantee efficient 24-hour operations
- Develop new strategies within your area of responsibility, plan forward-looking projects, and lead corresponding working groups
- Promote collaboration with internal and external partners as well as agencies to ensure optimal coordination and communication
What distinguishes you
- You possess the necessary technical and interdisciplinary knowledge and can apply it effectively to tasks
- You have several years of professional experience in the police force as well as leadership experience
- You are characterized by high social competence, a confident, well-groomed appearance marked by empathy and understanding for others
- You have pronounced organizational skills, work in a structured manner, and bring experience in project management
- You are motivated and always open to changes and continuous development
- A CAS FIP (Leadership in Police Operations) or the willingness to complete this training rounds off your profile
