Are you our new team member who will support us as an evening porter immediately or by arrangement?
You will work between Monday and Sunday in a 40% role from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Our task menu
- Reception, care and farewell of hotel guests
- Processing and fulfilling guest requests
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests using Protel
- Acceptance and processing of incoming reservations
- Operation of the telephone and information centre
- Completion of various administrative tasks
- Luggage transport on arrivals and departures
- Carrying out minor technical work
- Supporting the housekeeping team with room cleaning, turndown service and minibar checks
- Cleaning of public areas
- Compliance with and implementation of the "Sorell Standards" as well as hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
Your recipe for success
- Experience in guest care
- Good oral and written German skills
- Good oral and written English skills
- IT affinity
- Front- and guest-oriented
- Eager to learn and resilient
- Hygiene conscious
- Structured and independent
