Our long-standing client is seeking an experienced and motivated Head of Logistics (m/f). The industrial company operates worldwide and provides its customers with unique and customised machines. We are looking for an uncomplicated personality who is used to taking responsibility and working efficiently.
- Active participation in the further development of digital financial processes as well as continuous optimisation of existing procedures
- Independent verification, posting and management of employee expenses and travel expense reports in compliance with applicable guidelines
- Control and plausibility checks of VAT returns as well as ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements
- Maintenance and quality assurance of financial master data as well as support of accounts receivable in daily operations
- Several years of experience in accounting necessary
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, required
- Structured working method with a strong affinity for numbers and process understanding

Tasks
- Independent management and monitoring of the entire accounts payable, including handling and reconciliation of intercompany transactions- Active participation in the further development of digital financial processes as well as continuous optimisation of existing procedures

- Control and plausibility checks of VAT returns as well as ensuring compliance with tax and legal requirements

Profile
- Commercial training with further education in accounting required- Several years of experience in accounting necessary
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
- Fluent English skills, both spoken and written, required
- Structured working method with a strong affinity for numbers and process understanding
