Debt Collection Clerk for the Compensation and Pension Fund 80-100%

Are you a language talent and can you assist our customers both in fluent German as well as in French and/or Italian? Then become our team-oriented reinforcement as a Debt Collection Clerk (80-100%)!

• You take over the debt collection for the Compensation and Pension Fund.
• You arrange deadline extensions and repayment plans and monitor their compliance.
• You provide written and telephone information and maintain contact with courts, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices.
• You take care of the follow-up processing of seizure loss certificates, track write-offs and check the limitation lists.

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of professional experience as a clerk - preferably in debt collection, social insurance or in gastronomy/hotellerie (back office).
• Your German is fluent (native speaker or level C1) and you have solid knowledge of French and/or Italian (min. level B2).
• You appreciate daily contact with customers (phone and email) and distinguish yourself through your excellent manners.
• You work in a structured, quality-conscious and efficient manner and are responsible, flexible and resilient.
