- Planning and organisation of international transports by all means (land, air, and sea freight shipments)
- Preparation of the required export documents (Carnet ATA, certificates of origin, customs documents, etc.)
- You clarify customs matters and are the primary contact person for internal enquiries and special export concerns
- Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.
- Several years of professional experience in VKID/Export
- Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- You work in a structured and efficient manner

- Correspondence with authorities, freight forwarders, customers, customs, etc.
Profile
- Completed commercial training as well as further training in export- Several years of professional experience in VKID/Export
- Excellent language skills in German and English, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of ERP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- You work in a structured and efficient manner
