What You Bring to Us

• You have completed training as a nursing professional with a postgraduate diploma in emergency care/MAS Physician Associates Skills/Clinical Specialist and possess solid leadership experience in acute or emergency care
• You take responsibility, make clear decisions, and remain calm and capable of action even in demanding situations
• You combine operational presence with strategic thinking and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You lead your team with clarity, commitment, and genuine appreciation
• You provide orientation and security – even in challenging and stressful situations
• You proactively tackle challenges, set priorities, and advance topics together with your team
• You communicate clearly and reliably, always respectfully and on equal terms.
• You have a good sense for people, strengthen your team purposefully, and continuously develop it
