Your tasks
- You actively contribute to care planning and work closely with nursing professionals as well as other staff from the interdisciplinary team. Together you ensure high-quality and empathetic care for the clients.
- With your commitment, you support the continuous improvement of care processes and actively contribute to the optimisation of procedures and structures.
- Responsibly, you take on the individual and needs-oriented care and support of clients - both in everyday tasks and in more complex nursing requirements - thus making a valuable contribution to improving their quality of life.
Our requirements
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and ideally have practical experience in long-term care.
- With your high flexibility and pronounced service awareness, you respond specifically and empathetically to the individual needs of clients. Through your commitment and professional competence, you contribute significantly to high-quality and trustworthy care.
