Tasks
- Manage customer and seasonal orders efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee supplier orders, goods receipt, and timelines effectively.
- Maintain product data and support sales and logistics teams.
Skills
- Commercial training or experience required, with strong German skills.
- Proficient in Office programs; ERP Abacus knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for sports are essential.

About the job
Area of responsibility
- Order processing of customer and seasonal orders
- Inventory management: supplier orders, goods receipts and deadline monitoring
- Master data maintenance
- Daily customer and supplier contact
- Active maintenance of our online shops
- Support of our field staff as well as the department head
- Administrative cooperation with the logistics department and our sales shops
- Co-design of the range for our fan shops
- Occasional assistance at sales/events
Requirements
- Training and/or experience in the commercial field
- Competence and enjoyment in direct collaboration with our customers and suppliers
- Good language skills in German, both spoken and written, and knowledge of English
- Good IT skills (Office programmes; ERP Abacus an advantage)
- Organisational and coordination skills
- Flexibility, personal responsibility and resilience
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Interest in ice hockey and sport an advantage
