Activities
- Independent management and execution of roof renovation projects
- Planning, organization, and coordination of construction sites
- Leadership and deployment planning of employees as well as subcontractors
- Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
- Conducting construction meetings and contact person for clients, architects, and specialist planners
- Preparation of measurements, reports, and billing
- Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with regulations
- Post-calculation and project evaluation
Requirements
- Completed training in construction, ideally as a roofer, tinsmith, or comparable
- Further training as a construction manager, site manager, or technician is an advantage
- Several years of experience in construction management, preferably in the field of roof renovations
- Solid knowledge in pitched and/or flat roof areas
- Organizational strength as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of MS Office and common construction software tools
