Hospital Specialist/Assistant Doctor 80% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Shaping from the ground up - You help to build the day clinic: from concepts to processes to creating a therapeutic space that combines work ability and mental health.
- In-depth diagnostics & therapy – You conduct integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments, create individual treatment plans and accompany patients on their path to reintegration.
- Documentation – You maintain medical records and write reports that are not only formally correct but clearly and understandably present therapeutic progress and goals.
- Designing interfaces – You work closely with occupational therapists, social services, employers and relatives.
- Expert reports & psychotherapy – You have the opportunity to undertake expert activities and conduct outpatient psychotherapies.
- Consultation service – You are part of the consultation service at LUKS Sursee
- Research & teaching – You participate in case discussions, supervisions and academic projects – with the option of a doctorate or habilitation through the University of Lucerne.
Your Profile
- Medical expertise – You have completed your medical studies (with MEBEKO recognition) and are advanced or already a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH).
- Clinical experience – At least 2 years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry – you know the challenges and understand how to approach complex cases in a structured way.
- Linguistic proficiency – Very good German skills are essential for documentation and communication.
- Communication skills – You can convey complex matters understandably – whether to patients, teams or external partners.
- Team player with foresight – You enjoy interdisciplinary work, appreciate collegial exchange and want to help shape conceptual work.
- Commitment to innovation – You are interested in new methods and eager to question and improve existing structures.
