What to expect

• Taking over case files and analysing medical, occupational and social situations
• Supporting the professional reintegration process with individual advice and close supervision to promote return to the workplace
• Ensuring coordination with internal and external stakeholders: insured persons, employers, doctors, insurers, IV and other involved parties
• Conducting on-site interviews and writing reports including complete follow-up of mandates
• Actively positioning Case Management through external presentations, client appointments as well as building and maintaining professional and partner networks

What you bring

• Federal diploma in social insurance and/or CAS in Case Management
• Experience in daily sickness and accident insurance under UVG with medical knowledge
• Confident German and mandatory very good French skills (at least level C1)
• Strong social competence and empathy as well as a solution-oriented, pragmatic and resilient working style
• Driving licence and own car are prerequisites
