Join Sunrise's dynamic Internship Program 2025 and become part of a strategic initiative that directly supports our business objectives: increasing customer retention and boosting cross-sell efforts to maximize the Full Customer Management (FCM) ratio. As a Marketing & CVM Intern, you'll help develop and execute Base Value Campaigns aimed at elevating customer value and enhancing the B2B experience.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Collaborate with the Customer Value Management (CVM) team to design and implement Base Value Campaigns
- Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and cross-sell potential
- Participate in campaign planning, performance tracking, and post-implementation review
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen Sunrise's market presence and channel performance
- Prepare deliverables such as reports, presentations, and data summaries to support strategic decisions
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with customer needs and Sunrise's strategic priorities
YOUR SKILLS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindse
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and customer-centric solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Interest in data-driven marketing and customer experience optimization
- Fluent in German and English
