Your main tasks:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical systems
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical systems
- Manage maintenance and care activities.
- Handle various requests and minor fault repairs.
- Daily processing of work reports, delivery notes, and order forms.
- Monitor and accompany the execution of work by contracted companies.
- Propose and implement suitable changes and improvements for the various areas.
- Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc...)
- Manage small repair projects
- Ensure on-call service (1 week / 5).
Your profile:
- Degree as a technician HF, EFZ or patent in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management, or technical field.
- Driver's license
- Native German speaker with basic knowledge of French or native French speaker with basic knowledge of German
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and flexibility
