Transport Dispatcher 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Do you have experience in transport dispatching, enjoy working in an organised manner, and keep an overview even in hectic situations? Then an exciting role awaits you with us in a dynamic and family-oriented logistics environment.

Your future tasks

• Planning and organising national part-load transports as well as partial and full loads

• Efficient and economical allocation of transport orders taking ecological aspects into account

• Coordination between customers, sales, drivers and other involved parties

• Supporting our customers and competently assisting with telephone enquiries

• Planning daily assignments as well as supporting and accompanying the driving staff

• Collaboration with internal departments, external transport companies and other service providers

• Handling various administrative tasks in day-to-day business

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in transport dispatching in Switzerland

• Experience in the part-load sector is an advantage

• Willingness to work a 4-shift system within the working hours of approx. 04:30 to 22:30

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Independent, structured and efficient way of working

• You remain calm and prioritise correctly even under high workload

• Responsible demeanour and enjoyment in working with various contacts
