IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You handle support requests related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and peripheral devices for employees
- In this role, you work closely with the external IT service provider and ensure stable IT operations
- As an IT all-rounder, you plan and implement projects from conception to go-live, e.g. device replacement, rollouts, and optimisations in Microsoft 365
- You take over the entire user lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and set up devices via Intune/Autopilot or traditional methods
- In this role, you support administrative tasks depending on capacity and contribute to the team’s efficiency
Qualifications:
- You have completed a recognised vocational training EFZ or a comparable qualification
- You bring at least one year of relevant professional experience in your field
- You have successfully applied your acquired expertise in practice
- You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn
- You are characterised by reliability
- You work independently and responsibly
