Your area of responsibility
- Main responsibility for your own station including its smooth operation, together with the team and head chef
- Careful handling of food & mise en place
- Management of your own station including mise en place
- Independent and timely planning of orders and forwarding them to the head chef
- Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Assisting in achieving company goals
