Corporate Health Management Specialist (m/f/d)

What awaits you

In this role, you are part of XpertCenter SA, a subsidiary of La Mobilière. Together with your team, you advise our clients and actively contribute to the optimisation and development of their working conditions within the framework of corporate health management.

What you can achieve with us

In this role, you comprehensively advise and support clients in the planning and implementation of corporate health management (CHM) measures such as absence management and other exciting areas. You deliver presentations and workshops at client sites, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland.

You actively participate in the development of CHM services (e.g. energy management, implementation of systematic corporate health management, etc.) as well as in the development of digital offerings. 

Together with your team, you help strengthen CHM within the Mobilière Group and share responsibility for developing services in French-speaking Switzerland.

What you bring

• University degree in occupational and organisational psychology, health sciences or a similar field
• At least three years of professional experience in corporate health management (CHM) or prevention, as well as solid experience in delivering presentations and workshops
• Team spirit, good awareness of your strengths and enjoyment in achieving common goals
• Ability to present complex topics clearly, both in writing and visually
• Creative and communicative personality, with a strong initiative and a taste for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of German; any other foreign language is an advantage.
