Carpenter as Workshop Manager in Window Construction
Tasks
- Lead a workshop team of around ten employees
- Coordinate daily work orders in the workshop
- Consistently ensure quality standards in window construction
- Provide technical support to the team on technical issues
Requirements
- Apprenticeship qualification as a carpenter EFZ
- Solid professional experience in the field of window construction
- Knowledge of AVOR and ERP systems ideally present
- Initial experience in leading a team
