The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. 📄 YOUR TASKS

• Acceptance of individual and group reservations by telephone
• Support in monitoring booking channels
• Creation of revenue reports
• Deputising for the revenue manager
• Processing emails in German & English, creating offers via Serenata/Re Guest
• Entering reservations in the PMS Protel
• Handling all tasks arising in reservations
• Ensuring smooth operation of early and late shifts
• Checking requirements according to LQA and "Mistral" (ISO)
• Training of employees
