Contribute
- Further development of the concepts of tertiary level study programmes in collaboration with the departments, including ensuring appropriate operational framework conditions and compliance with external requirements
- Development, planning, design and evaluation of training elements and learning strategies as well as ensuring and further developing training quality, aligned with the company and L&D strategy
- Advice and support for vocational trainers and education managers on pedagogical, andragogical and methodological-didactic topics
- Coordination and networking of educational areas at tertiary level as well as promoting good information flow and constructive cross-departmental collaboration
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of projects in the area of Learning & Development, especially in talent promotion and defined educational and development topics
- Planning and conducting educational and information events as well as participating in information, marketing and communication measures related to vocational education
- Collaboration on other tasks and topics in the area of Learning & Development
Bring
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss education system, ideally with experience in healthcare
- Completed and recognised degree at HF or FH level in a healthcare profession
- Completed training as a trainer with a federal specialist certificate or an equivalent qualification at CAS level or willingness to complete this
- Experience in vocational education
- Good IT user skills and enthusiasm for using digital tools
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications
- High communication and teamwork skills
