We offer high-quality outpatient care for the approximately 18,000 residents of the municipality of Muttenz. Our team of 70 employees supports people of all ages in independent living with professional advice, nursing and domestic services, contributing to their quality of life.

Your tasks

• You will further develop our quality management together with the responsible employees and the co-management
• You will lead and accompany quality and care-related projects and bring evidence-based findings into practice
• You will develop quality standards, processes and instruments further and support their implementation in everyday work
• You will plan internal quality audits, accompany audits and evaluate quality indicators
• You will advise and support employees as well as the co-management on quality issues and promote professional reflection and knowledge exchange
• You will identify improvement potentials and shape changes together with those involved

You bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH and at least 5 years of professional experience in the outpatient Spitex setting
• Further training in healthcare quality management, e.g. Quality Manager Healthcare Advanced (SAQ-QUALICON), or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in quality management as well as in professional leadership and consulting
• Good knowledge of legal and professional quality requirements in the outpatient sector
• Confidence in dealing with evidence-based professional literature and digital working tools
• An independent, solution-oriented and communicative personality with enthusiasm for development and change
