Job Description

• Organisation and coordination of the construction site workflow in collaboration with the site supervisor
• Leadership of employees on the construction site
• Carrying out surveying tasks
• Deputising for the site supervisor in their absence
• Ensuring qualitative, timely, and financial requirements are met
• Active participation on the construction site
• Management of reporting

We Expect

• Completed basic training as a bricklayer with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Further training as a foreman (advantageous)
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Strong organisational skills and leadership flair
