Requirements Profile

• Completed SRK nursing assistant course
• At least 6 months of professional experience in nursing
• Mandatory professional experience in psychiatry
• High social competence as well as a calm and empathetic personality
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills, spoken and written

Tasks

• Individual 1:1 care of patients
• Accompanying, observing and supporting in the ward routine
• Ensuring safety, orientation and stability
• Recognising and passing on relevant changes to the nursing team
