a Junior Cook / Chef de Partie
Your tasks:
Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen
Preparing mise-en-place for lunch and dinner service
Working at various stations and assisting with serving
Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene regulations according to HACCP
What is expected from you:
Experience in a comparable position
Completed training as a cook EFZ or equivalent practical experience
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Team-oriented and responsible working style
