Job Description

• Independent project management of PV systems on flat and pitched roofs
• Leadership, motivation, and coordination of the installation team
• Ensuring deadlines, quality, and occupational safety
• Planning and organisation of materials, machinery, and resources
• Installation of inverters, battery storage, and cabling of the modules
• Service, maintenance, and optimisation of existing systems
• Interface between planning, client, and installation. You keep the overall overview
• Operation of telescopic loader, forklift, and aerial work platform

We expect

• Completed training in a craft trade, ideally as an electrician, roofer, carpenter, or tinsmith
• Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in solar technology / photovoltaics
• Sound knowledge in project organisation and team leadership
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form are mandatory
• Driving licence category B and car category BE advantageous
• Telescopic loader, forklift, or aerial work platform certificate recognised by SUVA
