We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Engagement intern for a duration of 6 months.
Within the Regional Digital & E-business team, you will take part in supporting the digital acceleration of the local markets India, Switzerland, Brazil, Mexico, Latin America and Travel Retail Americas.
Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, you will participate in the deployment of the Maison’s campaigns and activities, in close collaboration with the local market teams and the global Divisions based in Paris.
YOUR MISSIONS:
Taking briefs and analysing the digital content needs of local markets
Project framing in collaboration with the local creative resource: respecting deadlines, workload planning, deliveries to markets
Participation in functional tests and deliverable acceptance, ensuring the expected quality level
E-commerce
Monitoring the e-merchandising animation plan of the markets
Coordination and updating of the product assortment on chanel.com
E-retail
Managing the marketing animation plan on our e-retail sites: sharing orchestrations, taking and analysing market briefs and coordinating with the local designer
Coordination with global and local teams
Monitoring the deployment of campaigns on e-retail sites and ensuring compliance with the CHANEL graphic charter
Monthly consolidation of animation plans
Monitoring CHANEL brand spaces on our e-retail sites
Continuous watch on premium formats and placements
CRM emailing
Taking CRM briefs from local markets, ensuring relevance according to the regional marketing calendar
Coordination of HTML production briefs
Coordination with the routing agency and participation in targeting briefs
YOUR PROFILE:
Currently pursuing higher education, Master’s level, you are looking for a responsible internship that will allow you to develop your skills in digital marketing and communication.
You have good digital knowledge and a particular interest in the luxury and creative world.
Autonomous, curious and rigorous, you are also recognised for your interpersonal skills, organisational sense and analytical abilities. You are comfortable in a transitioning environment and have a strong adaptability.
You speak English fluently (spoken and written) and master computer tools (Office suite; knowledge of Figma would be a real plus).
A first 6-month experience is required.
Position conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be part of your study curriculum.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.

- Working days: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
