CNC Specialist | 2-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• ? Operation of CNC turning-milling centres as well as optimisation of existing programmes to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

• ? Independent setup of repeat parts according to specifications and quality requirements.

• Carrying out quality checks on manufactured workpieces, including measurements with the 3D coordinate measuring machine.

• Recording and maintaining order data in the ERP system.

• Coordination and execution of machine maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure trouble-free operation.

• Active participation in the optimisation of machines, workflows and manufacturing processes.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical basic education.

• ? You bring at least three years of experience in the machining sector and are familiar with the requirements of precise manufacturing.

• ? You possess solid knowledge in handling CNC machines, especially CNC turning-milling centres.

• You are characterised by an independent, quality-conscious and reliable way of working and enjoy working in a team.

• You take pleasure in working on highly precise products and place great value on quality and accuracy.
