About the job
The Sursee School Services include the Speech Therapy Service, the Psychomotor Therapy Centre, and the School Psychological Service. We are a regional service supporting 13 municipalities in the Sursee region. The School Psychological Service consists of a six-member team and is represented at two locations, Sursee and Beromünster.We are looking for an
Intern / Trainee School Psychology Approx. 80%
Period: March to June or September to December respectively
Your tasks
‒ Observations during assessments, evaluation discussions, and consultations on issues such as academic difficulties, school career counselling, developmental abnormalities, behavioural issues
‒ Independently conducting, recording, and evaluating psychological test procedures
‒ Independently conducting initial interviews or short counselling sessions
‒ Writing case notes and reports
‒ Participation in networking meetings such as regional meetings and cantonal conferences
‒ General administrative tasks
Your profile
‒ Studies in Psychology (Bachelor or Master)
‒ Interest in current educational and school development issues
‒ Enjoyment in working with people, friendly manner
‒ Independent, precise, and reliable working style
