Role objective:
✓ Acquisition of mandates in the legal field
✓ Comprehensive legal advice to national and international clients on all aspects of investment fund law, in particular:
- Structuring of investment funds
- Capital raising for investment funds
- Investment of capital of investment funds
- Regulation of investment funds
- Corporate governance of investment funds
✓ Leading complex structuring projects
✓ Conducting client meetings in traditional mixed funds and customised separate accounts
✓ Drafting and/or reviewing documents relating to a variety of fund structures and taking responsibility for selected funds and separate accounts, including their maintenance and administration
✓ Preparation, review and negotiation of fund documentation, including articles of association, investment agreements and management contracts
✓ Assisting clients in complying with national and international laws and regulations
✓ Representing clients before courts and arbitral tribunals
✓ Participation in the development of new products and services
✓ Active collaboration in an international team
✓ Participation in industry events and conferences
✓ Active use of AI
