Thayngen is a diverse municipality with around 5,500 inhabitants in the heart of the Reiat region.
The Im Reiat Senior Centre was newly opened in December 2018 and has a total of 83 care places. The modern and comfortable building is located in the centre of Thayngen, the main town of the Reiat district. Our residents are offered a varied daily programme with attractive activities and events.
We are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a
TEAM LEADER (80-100%)
Your areas of responsibility:
• Goal-oriented leadership of the care team according to professional and economic principles
• Ensuring professional and resident-centred care
• Professional responsibility for the department
• Responsible for duty scheduling
• Responsibility for correct classifications with the BESA/RAI billing system
Your profile:
• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH with several years of professional experience
• Several years of leadership experience and leadership training (or willingness to undertake one)
• Very good IT and MS Office skills as well as knowledge of the BESA, Polypoint and Easydok programmes
• Good organisational skills and ability to work in a team
• Friendly and customer-oriented manner
